The meals are packaged, labeled with heating instructions, and delivered ready to be placed in the refrigerator or freezer to be enjoyed at a later time. The service includes a comprehensive interview with Chef Jude to determine your family's food preferences and dietary restrictions, menu planning, purchasing groceries for your cook date.

*Pantry fee of $10 per week covers items like oil, salt, pepper, dried spices, vinegar, tamari, and condiments that are used in small amounts that don't need to be purchased on a per client basis. This helps keep grocery costs lower, and reduces our need for storage. Our pantry items are certified organic whenever possible.
